もう少し子どもっぽい声にならないでしょうか

Update: Customer support was able to guide me to fix the issue. It works again as intended - I guess I just have to be mindful it’s still in beta testing.
Brought for my son as a Christmas present. Set it up and was testing voices and characters and it was going great. On the second time i went to use it, it stopped responding and i cant even reset it. I contacted customer service who asked for a video of the issue and have not replied since. Ive went from very excited to very disappointed.
Easy to use. My girl loves it! It works great, has different character in the app. A lot of fun! I’d buy again.
