Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Window:

If cancellation is requested within 24 hours and before shipment, we guarantee a full refund.

For orders already processed for shipping, cancellations may not be possible. In such cases, follow our return policy after receiving the product.

Refund Timeline:

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.


2. Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window

From the date of delivery, you have 30 days to request a return or exchange if the product does not meet your expectations.

EU Customers: Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return items in original condition.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (digital receipt or order confirmation) is required.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized products, sale items, health/personal care goods, and virtual products.

    Return Process

    Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for prepaid return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damage).
    • For items over $75, use a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

    Exchanges

    • Defective/Damaged Items: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery to request a replacement.
    • Other Exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

    3. Refund Processing

    • Inspection: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • Approval: You will receive an email notification of approval or rejection within 10 business days.
    • Refund Timeline:
      • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for bank processing.
    • Partial Refunds: May apply if the item is not in original condition, missing parts, or returned after 30 days.

    4. Shipping & Fees

    • Shipping Costs:
      • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
      • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • International Returns:
      • Contact us before returning. Customers may incur customs fees, taxes, or restocking fees.

    5. Special Cases

    Gifts

    • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you: A gift certificate will be issued upon return.
    • If not marked as a gift: The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

    Damaged/Incorrect Orders

    • Contact us immediately upon delivery for defects, damages, or incorrect items. We will cover return shipping and expedite replacements.
