Our Story

It all started not with a business plan, but with a real-life parenting challenge.

A step-mother, a friend of our team, was struggling. Her young daughter would often ask a question that left her heartbroken and speechless: "Why did my birth mom leave me?" She didn't know how to answer in a way that would comfort her child without causing more pain.

One day, she turned to an early prototype of our AI toy and asked it that very question. The toy, speaking in the gentle voice of a beloved character, didn't offer a simple answer.

Instead, it said, "That sounds like a really big and heavy feeling. I want you to know that you didn't do anything wrong. Sometimes grown-ups have to make very hard choices, but it's not because you weren't wonderful. And even when people aren't together, the love they have for you is still real."

The answer gave the mother the words she was searching for. It gave her daughter a moment of comfort and understanding. It was a bridge of empathy, built by technology. That's when we knew this was more than a toy.

Word spread. Then came another story. A parent wrote to us, laughing, that their child had refused to drink water all day. After countless negotiations, they had an idea. They prompted their Haivivi-powered Peppa Pig to say, "I'm thirsty! Let's both drink some water before we play!" The child immediately ran to get his cup.

What started as a tool for conversation was now becoming a partner in parenting, a comforter for big emotions, and a spark for healthy habits. Our mission grew organically from moments like these.

Our mission is to provide more than just a toy. We are here to build a safe, empathetic friend for children navigating the wonders and worries of growing up.

What started as one mother's dilemma is now a community of over 300,000 families. Today, Haivivi offers a safe, screen-free way for any child, anywhere, to explore their curiosity, express their feelings, and feel the magic of being truly heard.
